All service fees are due upon engagement. You may request cancellation and a full refund if work has not commenced. Once legal advice or document preparation begins, services are non-refundable due to time and resource allocation. Partial credits may be granted at our discretion where work remains incomplete.
3.3 Rescheduling
Service appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made later may incur a fee or partial loss of prepaid amounts.

Info Products include downloadable PDFs, e-manuals, and video tutorials related to property purchase procedures.
4.2 Refund Policy for Info Products
You may request a refund within 7 days of download provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form with your order details. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 30 days.
5. Goods
5.1 Description
Goods are tangible printed materials, books, or documents shipped to your address.
5.2 Refund Policy for Goods
To request a return, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 days.
